How does billing work?
All Bytera apps are “Paid via Atlassian”. You subscribe from the Atlassian Marketplace and the app appears on your normal Atlassian bill — no separate contract or payment method with Bytera.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every app includes Atlassian’s standard free trial so you can evaluate it on your own instance before paying. No credit card is required to start.
What does it cost?
Pricing is per user and is shown live on each app’s Marketplace listing, where you can model your exact team size. Because Atlassian sets the tier structure, that listing is always the source of truth.
Are apps free for small teams?
Yes — for Atlassian sites with up to 10 users, paid-via-Atlassian cloud apps (including ours) are free.
Does Pulse cost more for AI?
Pulse comes in two editions. Standard is the complete content-health product; Advanced adds AI semantic duplicate detection and is priced at 1.5× Standard. See the editions comparison for details.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Anytime, from your Atlassian admin. You can switch Pulse between Standard and Advanced, or cancel a subscription, with no reinstall and no data loss.
